Krishan Kapur is the Founder and Managing Director of JCK Group which has successfully developed Industrial Township projects across the country. He is solely responsible for the overall execution of projects to best-in-class standards at JCK.

Prior to founding JCK, Krishan spent close to a decade at Deutsche Bank as an investment banker. Most recently, he covered Deutsche Bank’s Infrastructure team in India where he successfully completed over USD 5 billion of cumulative capital-raise for various sector participants. In addition to Inner Circle, Krishan is working on a first-of-its-kind resort township in Mandwa, Alibaug. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, Michigan.

Harsh Mehta is the Director and Managing Director of Top Notch Realty Pvt. Ltd. and High End Developers Pvt. Ltd. respectively. With an education from Mumbai’s Cathedral and John Connan School and St. Bedes School UK, along with a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Regents Business School, London, Harsh eventually moved back to India in 2005, to work for two years under his uncle and renowned architect & interior designer Pinakin Patel.

While working at Pinakin Design, Top Notch Realty was founded in 2005 and the company begun procuring a land bank to eventually enter into the real estate market. After gaining experience and understanding the construction business, Harsh entered real estate and began developing individual properties for private HNI clients. His future plans include developing various other residential / hospitality and commercial projects.
